From the early hours of Friday through the early hours of Saturday, March 28, 2026, the Senator’s supporters turned what was a formal political gathering into a high-energy carnival, drawing the undivided attention of millions of progressive members and the party’s top national leadership.

Immediately the buses touched down at Eagle Square, it was as if a swarm of bees had been unleashed as “Team Turaki” trooped out in their large numbers, taking the center stage from the very entrance of the venue.
